ingredients
1.5 oz Butter Fat-Washed Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon
.75 oz Derby Pie Cordial
.25 oz Blackberry Syrup
3 dashes Chocolate Bitters
method
Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass. Fill with ice. Stir about 20 seconds until flavors are incorporated. Strain into rocks glass with one large ice cube. Serve on a charred wooden coaster with rolled paper garnish.
