
RYE & MIGHTY

ingredients
2.5oz Elijah Craig Straight Rye
2 dashes Angostura Orange Bitters
5 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 Cinnamon/Madagascar Vanilla Sugar Cube
method
Soak the cinnamon/Madagascar vanilla sugar cube with bitters, drop into glass, add .5 oz Elijah Craig Straight Rye. Add a few ice cubes and begin to stir. Slowly add the remaining Rye and ice to dilute and chill the cocktail. When finished, strain over fresh ice. Some granulated sugar will be left, but that's intentional. Garnish with orange peel.
