ingredients
2.5 oz Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon
.33 oz Banana Oleo Saccharum
1 bar spoon Averna Amaro
2 dashes Chocolate Bitters (Scrappy's)
8 drops Spent Coffee Vanilla Saline (10%)
method
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass and fill with ice above the liquid line. Stir for 20 seconds and strain over the ice in an Old Fashioned glass. Finish with a single spritz of orange bitters six inches from the cocktail and garnish with the bitter soaked dehydrated orange wheel.
